3. Media Player says ready but doesn't play
This problem is a common issue and may occur from time to time if you have WMP 11 or 10. There are few methods to resolve the issue. If you have patience it can be done in less than few minutes. Please try the following.
1. This problem can be caused by DSL/cable providers using Network Address Translation (NAT) not forwarding UDP packets properly. The solution is to disable UDP in  Windows Media Player:
a. In Windows Media Player, click Tools > Options (If tools option is not available right click top panel in Media Player)
b. Select the 'Network' tab c. Deselect 'UDP'
2. Also,
a. Open up Window Media Player.
b. Go to Tools > Options > Player  (If tools option is not available right click top panel in Media Player)
c. Under Player Settings, click the box for "Connect to the Internet (overrides other commands)".
3. Sometimes this may occur if Media player is installed with errors - to uninstall Windows Media player from XP:
a. Go to start > Add / Remove Program section.
b. In the top section of the Add / Remove program section you will see a small check box saying Show updates - click on that.
c. scroll down till you see Windows XP - Software Updates.
d. Remove anything that is related to the Windows media player 11.
e. Then please install the media player again by downloading from here
4. Vista users
a. rename the "Windows Media" folder at: %appdata%\local\microsoft (rename it to any other name)

  1. Press Print Screen key in your key board (Usually located in upper right)
  2. And open windows paint or Microsoft word> Edit> Paste
  3. And save this image and attach it to the support ticket here.
6. I have paid but how do I watch cricket
1. Please go here and login with your login/password
2. If you have forgotten your password click here to reset it
3. Once you have logged in to your profile click your subscription under "
Your Sports Packages"

Match will be on 30 minutes before the match start time.
 
7.  How do I buy a cricket package?
a.  Go to home page and click on the package you wish to buy
b.  Select your payment method (Or use predefine payment)
c.  Enter your email address in the field and click continue button
d.  You will be taken to a secure payment processing page to make the payment
e.  Instantly you will be allowed access to package (if the payment goes through)
 
8. Where do I watch the match?
a.  Once you buy a package, go to member login page
b.  Enter your username and password and click "Login"
c.  In the member page click the match link under "Your Cricket Packages"
d.  You will be taken to a secure page and may be asked to re-enter you login/password
e.  In this page you will be able to see your package via a high quality stream
 
9. What is the quality of the stream?
a.  Quality will be 400-500Kbps and it will be very clear
b.  There will be minimum or no buffering as we use powerful CDN servers with our streams
 
10. What are the requirements to watch the stream?
a.  You can watch the stream from almost any computer
b.  However, it is recommended to have latest versions of the following software
c.  Internet Explorer browser | Upgrade for free
d.  FireFox browser | download for free
e.  Windows media plug-in for FireFox | download for free
f.  Latest windows media player | download for free
g. You may also want to turn off any firewalls for the duration of the match
 
11. Is my information private?
a. The only piece of information we have is your email we will never share it
b. We do not have your payment information; they are handled by 100% trusted AlertPay or Paypal
c. You can unsubscribe our mailing list at any time by logging to your profile.

Can I share my login information?
a. You are strictly prohibited from sharing your login details
b. You may not redistribute or resell TVNSports.com stream in any way
c. Violation of above will result in an immediate ban without a refund

13. Can I watch streams in two locations?
a.  You can watch the stream in two locations as long as you are the one accessing
b.  For example you are free to watch the match at both home and office
c.  However, you may not play the stream at two places simultaneously - This will auto lock your system
d. If your account has been blocked because of this please change your password here and open a support ticket here
 
14. Do you offer discounts?
a.  From time to time we offer discounts
b.  Please ask our help desk if we have any on going discounts available for you
c.  Discount priority goes to existing customers

a. Please enter your email you used to sign up in "Lost password?" section here
b. You will be automatically sent your password to your profile email
